How to Overcome Having An Existential Crisis
There is one Dutch 🇳🇱 word called: "bewustzijnsvernauwing" that translates in to English 🇬🇧 : "narrowing of consciousness" (connected to emotions/feelings) similar to having a "brain fog" but that is more a "rational" part of the issue.
In short: having way too many unchecked/unchallenged "Tunnel Vision Assumptions/Beliefs". That can also be applied to our society as a whole (as it is now).
Repeat after me :
(if you feel any resistance to the following statements, explore why that is!)
“I have a 100% right to exist".
"It is okay, that I exist".
"I am appreciated, that I exist".
"My existence has meaning".
“My existence has value".
"I am the captain of my Soul", nobody else!
"My perception of what is really going on may be altered, thus it is 100% OKAY to question that ... and demand for more clarity!" ... if you do not automatically do that, your acquiescence with (false) injected perceptions & narratives are designed to control/misdirect your attention!
"Your/my existence is far greater than all thoughts you/I have, had and going to have combined!" >>> and it is also greater than all thoughts other people have, had and going to have combined who you/I "suppose to be" ...
If you are able to really feel that way (not just think that way) without the need of imposing your way of life on others >>> that will create a new "energy/vibration signature" that is WAY beyond any lower astral plane beings and other parasitical entities ... They only "thrive" if you doubt yourself too much 24/7 if you have a low self-esteem that seeks "compensation" in the wrong places.
Many hierarchical belief-systems (including Atheism) are designed in such a way that you become an easy target for psychological manipulations.
As long you do not physically harm others, do not force/impose things on others your existence does NOT need "approval" but sadly enough the system is designed in such a way it expects you to get approval on almost all levels ... combined with heavily conditioned behavior aka "automated mental reflex defense mechanisms" to expect, "reject" or "accept" certain (programmed) views/behavior.
Your existence allows you to learn/grow from your mistakes and figure out what "mistakes" are real mistakes and what are things you want to figure out (find out) yourself ... most are self-evident, but not everything ... Some assumed "mistakes" could be a form of raising awareness that is beyond the mass conditioning.
"To exist" does not mean: "anything goes" ... To exist means among others: understanding legit boundaries/limitations, decoding unnecessary self-imposed limitations and what the difference is between those two.
What story do you tell yourself about your existence? >>> where do these assumptions (if any) really come from?... and why does it seem so hard to let go of these (possible destructive) stories you tell yourself? ... if any.
Why do you think I am focused on the word: "existence" & "right to exist" so much?
What has that to do with possible "demonic possession" or other mind control techniques? ... In my personal view: EVERYTHING!
How you see yourself is KEY to go beyond any fear-based thinking/reasoning/conditioning/acting ... If you do not care to figure this out ... You most likely end up being caught up in someone else's "expectations" & projections ... Which seems "normal" at first to do so because you're supposed to be a "social"/"socializing" type with certain (conditioned) mannerism.
How much of "you" is really you? ... How much is copying someone else's assumptions/beliefs? ... Are you aware that the more you do that, the less responsibility you take to really find out what makes YOU you? ... So if you "play it safe" most of the time ... not wanting to take any risks in life >>> you may already have committed "spiritual suicide" and your "higher self"** is fully aware ... To go back to the word: "existence" is not about you "fitting in" an enslavement system surrounded by people doing the same.
You are BEYOND ALL THAT and that will never die!
How you chose to manifest here in this "3D Earth Realm" will resonate to all around you, and that "vibration/frequency" will echo / continue in to the next level of existence. The faster you make a choice now, the better it will be when you move on to the next level.
** "Higher Self" might be the sum of "all you's" in all parallel universes (multiverse) combined ... Having access to "living wisdom" of all of them, not just "book wisdom" ... and if you are able to transcend duality thinking you may even access "Future (multidimensional) Self" as well ... Your DNA is a Fractal Antenna to the Quantum World.
Having access to higher levels of Awareness does not necessarily mean you can translate that easy to your current "state of being".
Imagine if you could talk to yourself that is 20 years younger than you, what would you say? If you say anything, you will not be recognized as being you, but you are able to share personal wisdom/insights to your "younger self" ... Do you think your "younger self" is able to use these new insights, or do you think your "younger self" rejects them or dismiss it by default? Now imagine meeting your "Future Self" that is 100s of years older on a Soul level. Same problem but even more complex.
That is why your current "state of being" is KEY to understand if you are able to (spiritually) grow/progress faster or not.
I know all the above can be hard questions you rather want to avoid asking yourself because it may trigger anxiety issues «« if that is happening, talk about it with people you can trust, be aware that not all "solutions" people offer is taking your root cause of your fears away.
So many "conspiracy researchers" LOVE to share highly controversial confrontational knowledge ... maybe even get "addicted" to it >>> the more "shocking" the "better" ... not realizing what effect it can have on the readers, even when you mean well and hope for the best that we fix the problems we face day by day.
If we do not know what the (real) problems are, how can we use our (God given?) talents/gifts/creativity to transform and/or fix it? ... but so many feel incompetent to deal with these new revelations ... and both are happening but not discussed, sadly enough. The "feeling incompetent" or "feeling powerless" issue. That discussion is a whole new topic in itself.
